TAC meetings (Annual Progress Reports)

Once your Doctoral Thesis Agreement has been signed, you will document the progress of your thesis project by holding annual TAC meetings and submitting Annual Progress Reports. These meetings should take place at least once every 12 months until graduation, though you may schedule them more frequently if you wish. Regular meetings and reports will help you stay on track, receive valuable feedback, and complete your project on time.

For each meeting, write a Progress Report and upload it to STREP one week before the TAC meeting. During the meeting, the chair will complete the Annual TAC Report form, which must be signed by all TAC members and the PhD student.

After the meeting:

a) if your home university is the University of Vienna, upload the signed TAC report form on STREP.

b) if your home university is the Medical University of Vienna, upload the signed TAC report form on STREP and send the Medical University form to the Studienabteilung (Dieter Breitenbaum and Vesna Domikovic: phd(at)meduniwien.ac.at).
You may use the TAC report form as attachment and make a note in the corresponding fields of the form.
